These terms apply to the TaylorMade AI Consulting website and the TaylorMade AI (TMAI) planned appointment and customer-care SMS program.

Using this website

Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse its features, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you do not have permission to share.

Creative services and project agreements

TaylorMade AI creates content and provides creative and automation support. A discovery call is free and does not obligate you to purchase. Before paid work begins, we agree on the scope, deliverables, price, timing, revisions, usage rights, and any cancellation or refund terms in a separate written project agreement. Visiting this website or booking a call does not create a paid service agreement.

Your materials and review

Provide accurate information and only materials you are authorized to use. Clients review and approve content before publishing, including insurance statements and any agency or carrier disclosures. TaylorMade AI does not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice. Content services do not guarantee leads, sales, or social-media results.

Website content

Website videos, images, and text are provided to explain and demonstrate our work. Do not republish or use them commercially without permission. Rights to commissioned client content are set out in the project agreement.

Planned TaylorMade AI SMS program

Automated SMS is not active. Twilio setup is pending, and the Client for Life System and Airtable contact records are still being developed. The following terms describe the planned program and will apply if it is enabled after separate consent.

With your separate permission, TMAI may send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer-care messages. Message frequency varies according to your appointments and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Booking a call or accepting these terms does not by itself authorize SMS messages. Our SMS Consent page describes the planned verbal opt-in process.

To stop messages, reply STOP to the number that texted you. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. For help, reply HELP or email taylormadeai05@gmail.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

External services and changes

Booking and other linked services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We may update these website terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Changes to website terms do not replace an existing written project agreement.
