Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TaylorMade AI Consulting, also called TaylorMade AI or TMAI, handles information provided when you book a call, request a free video idea, or contact us about our services.

Information you provide

When you book through our linked Google Calendar booking page, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details. We also receive information you choose to share by email or during a conversation, such as your business name and content goals.

When you request a free video idea through our Google Form, you provide your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus details about what you sell, who you want to reach, and where you post content. We use this information only to send your video idea and follow up about our services. Form responses are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets. We do not sell your information. Providing a phone number on the form does not sign you up for text messages.

When you request a free video idea through our linked Google Form, you provide your name, email address, insurance focus, and intended audience. You may also provide your posting platforms, phone number, and additional details. The phone number is optional. This website links to Google Calendar and Google Forms rather than collecting these submissions directly. The Client for Life System and its Airtable CRM are still being developed.

How we use information

We use your information to arrange and conduct calls, email the video idea you requested, respond to questions, discuss services, and manage any project you agree to. Providing a phone number for a call or submitting the video-idea form does not by itself give permission to send automated texts.

Service providers

Google Calendar processes booking information and Google Forms processes video-idea requests, and our website host and email provider may process information needed to deliver their services. Their own privacy policies also apply. See Google’s Privacy Policy for Google services.

Airtable is planned for contact and consent records, and Twilio is planned for SMS delivery. These workflows are not yet active. We will update this policy when they are ready.

SMS and marketing privacy

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. If SMS is enabled in the future, providers needed to store consent records and deliver the messages may process information only to support that service.

Retention and requests

We keep information only as long as needed for communications, agreed services, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, email taylormadeai05@gmail.com. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
